TAQA WUC 2025 Games

We proudly supported TAQA at the World Utilities Congress 2025, delivering a suite of interactive games designed to engage and educate the next generation on the transformative power of AI in utilities.

At the heart of the initiative was AI Network Patrol, a game developed by Pixelhunters for the TAQA Youth section to illustrate the advantages of AI-driven management of water and power distribution networks. Players gained an understanding of how AI can monitor, predict, and resolve issues across interconnected utility grids.

Other Pixelhunters games showcased at the TAQA Distribution pavilion included:

FPI Game – Understanding the Fault Passage Indicator
A hands-on simulation designed to teach players how fault passage indicators (FPI) detect and localize faults in power distribution networks. Through intuitive gameplay, users learned how FPI devices improve network reliability and accelerate response times during outages.

We Smart – We Save Game
An educational game based on a patented smart water pumping management system by TAQA Distribution, this experience demonstrated how intelligent algorithms can reduce energy consumption, lower operational costs, and support sustainable water use.

Save The Grid Game
An interactive game dedicated to helping players understand the benefits of FLISR (Fault Location, Isolation, and Service Restoration)—TAQA Distribution’s self-healing grid technology.
