V-Ray for Educators Workshop

The College of Fine Arts & Design at the American University in the Emirates in cooperation with Chaos Group and Pixelhunters have organized an exclusive V-Ray for Educators Workshop.

Chaos Group’s Training & Education team did an exclusive presentation of the company’s first ever official V-Ray Training Program for Educators and local award-winning experts from Pixelhunters will share the latest news about the use of V-Ray in some of the top projects in the UAE.

Pixelhunters, one of the biggest users for V-Ray software in the region, will showcase the advantages of the software with regards to the industry’s quality standards and will make an overview of how this affects the job market of young talents.

The workshop will be followed by a collaborative discussion about specific teaching approaches and instruction methods, set on the background of the industry’s expectations from the university graduates. This will help the educators' community create a successful curriculum and develop competitive classes.

The discussion will be chaired by Dr. Arafat Tahir Abdelaziz Al Naim (Ph.D), Dean of College of Fine Arts & Design at AUE.

The workshop will end with a Virtual Exhibition - V-Ray and Middle East Talents Awards – a showcase of the award-winning and top-rated works in the previous and the current edition of the unique Middle East CG competition.
