3rd Hakaya Misk for Pixelhunters, with workshops and games

"Hakaya Misk” is a pioneering Saudi Festival on GCC level focusing on content creation driven by cultural and educational values to motivate youth to express their ideas through writing stories, storytelling, painting, animation, production, and other forms of art.

Pixelhunters was happy to participate for the third time in Hakaya Misk Riyadh. The 5-day event was held at Riyadh International Conventions and Exhibitions Center from 7th to 11th of August 2018.

In the festival, we were invited to deliver workshops in gaming and animation. "Think as a Game Designer" and "How to create award winning animation movies" were the topics presented by Dr.Ani Atanasova and Eng. Iliya Atanasov, both founders of Pixelhunters.

Our latest game "Bats and Butterflies", together with other well-known game of Pixelhunters were also showcased at our stand at the event which brought a lot of fun.

On its 10th edition, the festival brings together successful youth projects and experiences in fields including film production, animation, writing, theater and technology.
