Announcement of Winners for the Second Edition of Middle East Talents Awards
The second edition of Middle East Talents Awards, together with Pixelhunters, 3D Artist, Chaos Group, and CG Record, go hand in hand in bringing brightness to the world of undiscovered talents not only in Middle East but across the world. We hunt for individuals who have strong interest in showing their talents in digital arts. We would like to recognize young talents and give them the support they need by giving them the platform of learning, fun and sense of competition.
We were astonished by the hundreds of entries submitted for nine different categories from different individuals across the world. We are fascinated to see more aspiring artists trying to showcase their talents and skills in this industry. We are also happy to acknowledge that META is growing and attracting more interest not only from the artistic community, but by the business side as well. META is the platform between talents and job market, since META is now expanded to a platform where everyone can submit not only artworks for the META competition, but to upload an entire profile and portfolio (follow up our press release about this shortly).
With an overwhelming 784 total of submissions, we are happy to announce the winners. We have been mainly looking into evaluating individual potential rather than studio work. We would also like to notice the talents across the entire competition. Some of our artists have submitted multiple artworks that show their uniqueness and skillful hands in different categories that is why we would like to aknowledge not just their single masterpiece but the artist himself as a whole. Since META is all about discovering talents, all the awarded artists will be featured along with their best outputs.
May this awarded selection be an inspiration to all artists to continue showing the world that their talent can make a difference and pursue their dreams.
